THE INGREDIENTS

At Standard Proof, everything starts with the recipe. We select only the best and freshest ingredients for each of our rye whiskeys, including our Cinnamon variation. We start with our award-winning Straight Rye that consist of a rye, corn, and malted barley mash bill, aged for a minimum of two years in new American oak barrels and then we infuse with real Ceylon Cinnamon sticks. Multiple pounds of Ceylon sticks are used to infuse into each batch continuously for 11 weeks, creating a deliciously rich and impressively spicy whiskey, perfect for any occasion.

THE PROCESS

The Standard Proof process is unlike any other — and we aren’t just saying that. We use proprietary methods that honor whiskey traditions while bringing new life to an American treasure. The magic happens in our American oak barrels, crafted to bring a balanced spice and oak flavor to our cinnamon rye whiskey. After aging for a minimum of two years, the whiskey is filtered using our exclusive technique and finally rested and bottled at 80 proof.
