Standard Proof is a working micro-distillery and tasting room on Rep. John Lewis Way, a block off Printers Alley. We make the whiskey in the building. When you book the room, your group drinks what we distilled - and, if you want, makes it.
The room holds 120 standing and 75 seated. It works for corporate nights and team building, bachelorette and bachelor parties, birthdays, and full buyouts. Rates move with the day, the time and the headcount.
You can book a room anywhere in Nashville. Here, the whiskey was made in this building - and your group can learn to build the drinks themselves.
Behind the bar it’s our own whiskey, cocktails built from it, and beer - no wine, and no spirits we didn’t distil. There’s no kitchen, so food comes in: we work with Crave and Puckett’s and will coordinate them for you, or you can book them direct.
