Standard Proof is a working micro-distillery on Rep. John Lewis Way, downtown and a block off Printers Alley. We make the whiskey in the building. Your team spends an hour learning to build cocktails with it - hands-on, everyone at their own station - and leaves having actually made something together.
A hands-on class runs up to 30 people. The whole room holds 120 standing and 75 seated. Weekday afternoons and early evenings are our quietest and our best-priced, which is usually when you want us anyway. Buyouts start at $3,000.
Your team has already done the escape room. This is the one where everyone makes something, drinks it, and argues about whose was better.
One hour, hands-on, up to 30 people at their own stations - or the whole room for 120. Bar staff and a guided tasting of every infusion we make are included. Beer as well as whiskey; no wine, and no spirits we didn’t distil. Branded bottles and custom labels on request.
Food comes in, since there’s no kitchen. We work with Crave and Puckett’s and will coordinate them for you, or you can book direct.
