Standard Proof is a working micro-distillery on Rep. John Lewis Way, a block off Printers Alley and a short walk from Broadway. Indoors, air-conditioned, and something to do besides drink - your group learns to build cocktails with the whiskey we make in the building.
A hands-on class takes about 90 minutes. The whole room holds 120 standing and 75 seated. Afternoons are the easiest to book and leave the rest of the night free.

90 minutes, hands-on, everyone at their own station - or the whole room for 120. Bar staff and a guided tasting of every infusion we make are included. Beer as well as whiskey; no wine, and no spirits we didn’t distil. Branded bottles and custom labels on request.
Food comes in, since there’s no kitchen. We work with Crave and Puckett’s and will coordinate them for you, or you can book direct.
