Somewhere to take the whole group that isn’t another bar crawl. Standard Proof is a cocktail bar and tasting room on Rep. John Lewis Way, a block off Printers Alley and a short walk from Broadway, with our own whiskey behind the bar.
Book a private cocktail class: an instructor pours a tasting of seven Standard Proof whiskeys, then teaches four cocktails, and everyone makes two of their own. It takes 90 minutes. Want the room for longer? Add a private cocktail hour, or take over the bar for part of the day.
Somewhere between brunch and Broadway: 90 minutes where everyone makes their own drink, and has the photos to prove it.
The room holds 120 standing and 75 seated. There’s a photo booth we can brand for the guest of honor, and we can add custom bottles or Standard Proof merch as gifts for the group.
Behind the bar it’s our whiskey, cocktails made from it, and beer, cider and seltzer; there’s no wine. Food comes from Crave or Puckett’s, arranged by us or booked direct. Some of our cocktails contain nuts, so let us know about any allergies.
