About The Tasting Room

Standard Proof’s second ever tasting room (and the first ever micro distillery inside of the Austin Business District,) located on historic Rainey St, opened in early 2023 to showcase our unique approach to whiskey defined by our craft infusion process. The tasting room is set in a modern atmosphere where you can enjoy elevated cocktails, gastro pub inspired food with a Nashville flair, conversations with friends, or anything in between.

Our award-winning whiskey and delicious food make for a great night out, no matter the occasion, and our talented bartenders will guide you through what makes our whiskey special and unique from a single pour to a curated craft cocktail.
