Standard Proof Whiskey Co. was “Born Behind the Bar.” Our whiskey infusions began as a well-kept secret created by bartenders to share with friends and frequent bar patrons. Aged in new American oak barrels and bottled at 80-proof, our quality rye whiskey is carefully infused with only the finest natural ingredients.
Our first tasting room has been open for nearly two years in Nashville, TN and we are now excited to open our second tasting room on Rainey Street in Austin, Texas to showcase our unique approach to whiskey defined by our craft infusion process.
